James Gunn Talks Scooby-Doo, Troma & Guardians Of The Galaxy

Darling of outsider cinema turned blockbuster-building genius James Gunn has had quite the year. His instant classic Guardians Of The Galaxy was a critical and financial success, grossing over $772 million worldwide and becoming the highest-grossing superhero film of 2014.

Recently the director stopped by the Movie Crypt Podcast with Adam Green and Joe Lynch to touch on a number of topics. From his time working with Lloyd Kaufman at Troma Entertainment, to his adult-themed Scooby-Doo script (which featured Velma and Daphne sharing a steamy kiss), to whether he would ever direct a Star Wars film, and of course, Guardians Of The Galaxy.
