Generally speaking, Adam Green has yet to let down horror fans. He’s, of course, responsible for the modern slasher icon Victor Crowley and the infamous Hatchet trilogy; and before Anna repeatedly asked Elsa is she wanted to build a snowman, Green made the definitive Frozen in 2010 with a harrowing portrait of humans at the mercy of the great outdoors.
There isn’t much that’s known about Green’s latest film, Digging Up The Marrow, and that’s how the director likes it. Nevertheless, the few details that have been let loose promises one hell of a ride. Recently Green stopped by the Anatomy Of A Movie podcast to talk about Marrow, independent film-making and the art of never giving up.
